Agenda for October 1-5

It is hard to believe October is around the corner!!

FALL BREAK- October 8 & 9!!!

I know it seems like there have been a lot of projects lately.  This should slow down considerably.  Please know that we do give ample time to complete projects; please do not wait until the last minute to start these projects…then it really will seem like a lot!!!

The grading period will be coming to an end soon!!  If you have not checked powergrade to see your child’s progress, I would strongly suggest it.  Many students have missing work that has not been completed and you will know if this applies to your child by going on powergrade and looking.  It will tell you your child’s average, as well as the grades that make up that average.
**Remember, most subjects weight the grades, so it is not a matter of adding up the grades and dividing by the number of grades given.

Conference night is October 4.  We are limited to a few time slots that we can meet with parents.  These conferences are set up by the teachers.  You would have already received a letter if you are to come on October 4.  Please know that you are welcome to request a conference any day at 11:30, which is our daily conference time, barring any other conflict.
